Job Description

Passive Fire Manager Permanent £50k/annum Our client, a leading passive fire protection organisation, require an experienced Passive Fire Manager to help manage passive fire contracts as well as carrying out compartmentation surveys on buildings across the North West of England. You will have comprehensive knowledge of all aspects in surveying of fire stopping procedures and products, including penetration seals, fire curtains, cavity barriers and fire doors. You will have the ability to read technical drawings and be a clear communicator to liaise with the site team and your supervisor. You will have comprehensive knowledge of fire ratings and how they differ depending on the specific building structure. It is likely that you will be required to work in a customer facing environment and as such, we require someone who is polite, presentable and carries themselves in a professional manner at all times. You will have experience of managing fire protection contracts from start to completion as well as CSCS, a clean UK licence, NVQ2 Passive Fire Protection or (FIRAS accreditation) and SSSTS.
