Parts Advisor – Leicester
Salary: £26,000 basic, OTE £30,600
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:00AM to 1:00PM

Theo is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client in Leicester.
Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting customers in the Parts department.
* Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing, and taking payment.
* Handling general Aftersales enquiries, working closely with the Service department.
* Providing estimates when required.
* Achieving sales through prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts.
* Dealing with customer enquiries both in person and over the phone.
* Checking in parts deliveries.
* Assisting with parts stock checks.
* Liaising with the workshop, service advisors, and customers.
* Contacting customers to offer special promotions when available.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A team player who supports the achievement of increased profit and sales.
* Committed to excellent customer relations and exceeding customer expectations.
* Friendly yet professional, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
* Experienced in a parts department with a strong technical understanding of motor vehicles.
* Willing to keep technical knowledge updated to provide efficient service.
* Possesses a good telephone manner and knowledge of Kerridge.
* Holds a full, valid, and clean UK driving licence.
