Type: Permanent, Part Time
Location: Southend on Sea, Essex
Hours: 3 days a week 9am-5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break) – Potentially in end of season to up to 4 days if needed
Holiday: Full time equivalent is 20 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
Onsite parking available
Role Requirements:
• Looking for immediate starter, someone who it very organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail if possible.
• This is sole payroll position, must be competent working by themselves.
• Previous experience required.
• Work in offices, based in Southend-On-Sea, (no off site/remote working).
Duties:
• Process Weekly Payroll for 3 Companies [(Apply online only) employees at high season]
(Includes: Importing Clocking In Times, Processing Commission, Expenses and Seasonal/Year End Bonuses, Send RTI Submissions)
• Process Monthly Salary Payroll for 4 Companies [30-50 employees]
(Includes: Processing Commissions, Expenses and Seasonal/Year End Bonuses)
• Submit Month End Figures to HMRC
• Process Pension Figures (Weekly & Monthly)
• Enrolling new members to pension schemes
• AOE processing & recording
• Input manual payroll journals into Sage 200
• File Employee Personnel Files & Remove Leavers as and when notified
• Process & Maintain Right to work documents
• Managing Maternity/Paternity Leave
• Possible accounts admin duties (bank postings etc.)
• Processing year end payroll, year duties include submitting P11D’s
Payroll System: Mitre Finch Flexi Pay system & TMS Clocking in System.
