Part-Time IT Administrator Officer Location: Chiswick (Office based role) Potential Hybrid after 6 months ) Hours: 18–25 hours per week Part time Salary: Pro-rated, £32,000 to £37,000 Probation Period: 6 months An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT professional to join a global organisation as a part-time IT Administrator Officer.   This role is based in the company’s Chiswick office and will play a key part in managing IT systems across multiple regional offices, ensuring smooth operations and supporting business needs. With a flexible schedule and potential for hybrid working after probation, this position is ideal for a skilled IT professional seeking a part-time role in a dynamic environment. Role Purpose The IT Administrator Officer will oversee the effective use of IT systems to support sales and marketing efforts while ensuring the availability and functionality of IT systems across the UK, Europe, and other regional offices. The role acts as the central point of contact for IT support and initiatives within the region. Key Responsibilities IT Support and Liaison Act as the primary contact for IT-related issues for staff across UK, Europe, and Cargo offices. Coordinate with HQ and regional stakeholders on IT matters, including regular updates. Promote and support regional IT projects and initiatives. Manage procurement of IT equipment and services, ensuring timely invoice processing. Software, Hardware & Network Management Coordinate software updates, manage inventory, and resolve discrepancies. Install and maintain software, hardware, and network connectivity for office systems. Manage local Wi-Fi, file servers, and shared permissions for the Chiswick office. Ensure compliance with audit standards for software and hardware. Maintain secure multi-generational backups and optimize server space usage. User Access & Administration Support onboarding/offboarding of staff and non-staff users. Manage access to applications, VPNs, and annual ID renewals. Assist with directory management, security groups, and annual recertification exercises. Maintain shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and user permissions.Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on managing systems across multiple locations. Strong technical skills in Windows systems, Outlook, and VPN technologies. Knowledge of organizational IT protocols (airline systems experience is advantageous but not essential).
