Job Description

Part Time HR Administrator Hours - 20 - 25 hours (must be able to start 8am) Salary - £26,000 Our client in Tonbridge is seeking a Part Time HR Administrator to join their team. Duties: Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in electronic systems. Support payroll, benefits administration, and absence management. Assist in staff training and development, maintaining records of courses and certifications. Address general HR queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Coordinate staff performance reviews and probation periods. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
