Job Description

Part Time Administrator/Minute Taker Location: Hartwell, Northampton Hours: 14 per week (8.30am - 4.30pm, Mondays and Fridays) Salary: £12.70 per hour  The Oakleaf Group are currently recruiting for a part time Secretary/Administrator, to support the Interdisciplinary Team at Oakleaf's main site in Hartwell.  The Secretary is responsible for providing high quality clerical and administrative support to the Multidisciplinary Team at Oakleaf. In addition the Secretary will be responsible for specific projects as directed by the Deputy Director. The Secretary will report directly to the Deputy Director. This role involves interaction with the resident group at Reception and in the service generally. The Oakleaf Group has firmly established itself as one of the leading providers of community based brain injury rehabilitation, providing clients with a high standard of nursing care and an intensive therapeutic rehabilitation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established service for adults who require nursing care, personal care and rehabilitation programs because of their long-term neurological conditions including acquired brain injury. The role is for 14 hours per week to work Mondays and Fridays. However, the successful applicant will be need to show flexibility and commitment to the role, with the ability to work on other days to support with cover during absence or annual leave.  Benefits: Competitive rates of pay Company pension Free Employee Assistance Programme Annual Employee Awards Evening Employee Recognition Schemes Career progression within the company CareTech Foundation - Opportunity to apply for family and friend’s grants Free DBS check Sickness pay Free meals are provided during working hours Up to 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part time)Person specification: Strong communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Note taking  Working to deadlines Main duties of the role:  To arrange and co-ordinate setting residents review meetings, ensuring that all relevant parties (internal and external) are invited to attend.  To attend resident review meetings and produce accurate and comprehensive minutes/summaries.  Co-ordinate the assembly and distribution of resident assessment review reports within agreed timescales.  To attend daily Safety Huddle meetings and produce minutes and action log.  To attend resident Core Team meetings and Best Interest meeting and produce and distribute minutes.  To attend ad hoc meetings and produce and distribute minutes.  To attend weekly Multidisciplinary Team meetings and produce and distribute minutes as directed.  To provide reception cover. This is not an exhaustive list of duties. The post holder may be required to undertake other duties following appropriate discussion with their line manager. Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
