About the RoleThis fast-paced and commercially focused role combines hands-on management accounting with commercial analysis, supporting senior finance leaders and key stakeholders across the business. You will manage high-volume management accounting while collaborating with the team to analyse financial data and provide insights that drive critical business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct monthly profit and loss (P&L) reviews. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, highlighting key insights. Complete month-end tasks efficiently and accurately. Work with a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities and suggesting solutions. Mentor and support junior team members.About YouTo be considered for this position, you must be part-qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA. You should: Be driven to progress and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Enjoy working collaboratively within a team. Have an interest in mentoring and developing junior team members.
