Panel Beater
Location: Inverness, Scotland
Monday - Friday
Our client, a leading vehicle body repairer based in Inverness, have an exciting opportunity for Panel Beaters. Offering an excellent working environment with a growing company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assess damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs required.
Utilise hand tools and power tools to remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle panels.
Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs.
Weld panels together and perform metal shaping techniques to restore the vehicle's structure.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.
Follow schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate repairs.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
Perform equipment repair as required to ensure operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand schematics and technical drawings.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
