Job Description
Job Title: Experienced Painter & Decorators
Location: Covering the NW: Derry, Limavady, Coleraine, Antrim and more
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension and a Permanent Contract).
Pay Rate: £15 per hour (Self Employed, Contracting)
Project: External Painting of 2000 houses
Hours:
39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Role Overview:
We are seeking 10x skilled and reliable Painters to join our team on a large-scale project covering approximately 2,000 homes. The role involves painting external walls on properties, masonry, fencing, and woodwork painting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Painting external surfaces of residential properties, including masonry and woodwork.
* Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required.
* Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
* Adhering to health and safety protocols on all job sites.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in residential or external property painting.
* Own transport for traveling to various sites across the Northwest and Dungannon region.
* Personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Commitment to delivering quality results within specified timeframes.
