Job Description

Are you a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google and LinkedIn Ads? Our client is seeking a talented B2B Paid Media Specialist to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and expanding reach through paid channels, with a specific focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads. Responsibilities: The job holder will be responsible for: To work with the Digital Media Director to create strategy for client campaigns To manage the creation (strategy and build) of campaigns To manage the delivery, performance and reporting of B2B PPC, programmatic (ABM), and paid social campaigns. To optimise and report on campaign performance using both platform and GA4 data, and presenting findings and insights to clients To support the team with creation of proposals for new business PPC briefs including keyword research, benchmark KPIs, proposal writing and presenting to manager, clients or prospects To support the team with relevant client admin such as invoicing media spendRequirements: Previous experience in B2B and agency environments, specifically focusing on audience acquisition and lead generation. A solid understanding of paid media platforms, particularly Google Ads, LinkedIn Strong expertise in analytics, tracking, and tag management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and drive results. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign experimentation. Proficiency in creating and testing audience targeting strategies. Knowledge of budget management and reporting tools
