Packing Operative (Dayshift) Immediate start Ongoing contract Location – Perth Rate - £12.08 per hour Our client, a successful manufacturing business is seeking a Packing Operative to support their busy logistics department on a contract basis. The hours of work (37 hours/week) are rotational: Dayshift week about: Week 1 Monday: 08:00 – 16:30 Tuesday: 08:00 – 16:30 Wednesday: 08:00 – 16:00 Thursday: 08:00 – 16:00 Friday: 08:00 – 14:00 Week 2 Monday: 06:00 – 14:30 Tuesday: 06:00 – 14:30 Wednesday: 06:00 – 14:00 Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00 Friday: 06:00 – 12:00 The role is ensuring that the packaging of all products and associated accessories is completed on time and to a high standard to meet customers expectations. This is achieved by working within the following areas of responsibility • Carton packing • Final packing • Production support • Health and safety • Communication Previous experience working within a packing, logistics, distribution or warehouse environment is desired. Please note that the successful candidate will need to satisfy Disclosure Scotland.
