The Role
As a Packaging Technologist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing packaging solutions that align with brand objectives and sustainability goals. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure our packaging is both innovative and cost-effective.
What You’ll Do
✅ Design and develop cutting-edge, sustainable packaging solutions.
✅ Source, test, and qualify new materials and suppliers.
✅ Manage packaging projects from concept to launch.
✅ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability initiatives.
✅ Conduct testing for packaging performance and compatibility.
✅ Optimize packaging processes for efficiency and cost savings.
✅ Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 3-5 years’ experience in packaging development (beauty, personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG).
🔹 Strong knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes (plastics, glass, metals, sustainable alternatives).
🔹 Experience with GMP, FDA, REACH, and sustainability guidelines.
🔹 Hands-on experience with packaging testing and validation.
🔹 Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Knowledge of packaging design software (ArtiosCAD, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus!
