Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to be responsible for all confidential secretarial and administrative tasks for the Head Teacher at this busy secondary school on a short term basis.
You will collaborate with the schools' Office Manager, the PA to the Head of Primary, the wider school team and the Trust.
You will provide high quality secretarial support drafting and typing letters and reports, diary management, and maintaining digital files. Supporting the Admissions and HR team in updating information and ensuring documents are recorded appropriately.
This is a varied and demanding post and requires a proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a multi disciplined role.
You will be educated to GCSE level, with a minimum three years' experience as a PA at C-Suite level, who is professional, an excellent communicator and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Immediate start for the successful candidate. You must possess, or be subject to, an Enhanced DBS check.
