Kinetic Recruitment are currently resourcing for a Overhead Crane Operator for a heavy engineering company based in Gateshead. The Overhead Crane Operator will be on a permanent contract working directly for our client.

Roles and responsibilities:
As part of the production team you will operate the remote and overhead cranes assisting with lifts and supporting manufacturing operations.
A good standard of housekeeping will be expected at all times as well as a strict adherence to all Health and Safety regulations.
Ideally you will have experience working within a heavy manufacturing/engineering environment.
Previous experience working with remote and overhead cranes is desirable.
Cab driven crane experience would be an advantage but not essential.
37 hours full time
The positions will either be on a 2 shift or 3 shift pattern
