At ISN Europe, we’re passionate about delivering excellent products/services to our clients, and we’re looking for an energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Tool Truck based in Norwich, Norfolk. If you’re driven by targets, have a natural ability to build rapport, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential and current customers to introduce our products/services.
* Manage and update customer information in our CRM system.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Handle objections and provide effective solutions to meet client needs.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve results.
* Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in outbound calling or telesales is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
* Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
* Comfortable using CRM software and other office tools (training will be provided).
* A positive and energetic attitude with a keen interest in sales.
