Order Processor £25k – Doncaster - Mon-Fri Order Processor duties: Processing orders and answering customer queries via email and over the phone Communicating effectively with customers on the status of their orders – usually via email as the customers are worldwide Ensuring orders are inputted accurately; to do this, you will liaise regularly with colleagues in most departments including sales, warehousing, and purchasing. There may also be queries and complaints to resolve and again this will be mostly via email. Order Processor, requirements: Excellent administration and data inputting skills, especially with Excel. Experience responding to queries quickly and thoroughly. A keen eye for detail, being methodical and accurate is important as is the ability to prioritizes activities – as there will be times when there are many tasks that require doing at once.
