Job Responsibilities:
As an Orbus Developer, you will utilise your expertise in Power BI and Power Platform to develop and implement solutions that enhance data visualisation, automate processes, and improve user interaction with the UTOM content hosted on the Orbus Infinity platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and customising dashboards, reports, and applications using Power BI and Power Platform to meet the specific needs of the OrbusInfinity platform, ensuring effective display of UTOM content to support decision-making processes.
Creating integration solutions between OrbusInfinity and external systems (e.g., AssetWise ALIM, DOORS) using Power Platform capabilities to automate data flows and enhance system interoperability.
Enhancing the user experience by developing interactive features and automation workflows that simplify and streamline user interactions with the platform’s content.
Monitoring and optimising the performance of developed solutions to ensure they are efficient and scalable, addressing any technical issues that may arise during deployment and operation.
Collaborating with the Service Designer/Business Analyst to understand user requirements and with the Data Architect to ensure data accuracy and availability in developed solutions. You will provide ongoing support and updates based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Required Expertise, Training, and Professional Qualifications:
Orbus Infinity is essential
Proficiency in developing solutions using Power BI for data visualisation and Power Platform (including PowerApps, Power Automate) for application development and workflow automation.
Skills in integrating various data sources and systems into cohesive, automated workflows, particularly within large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with a capacity for innovative thinking in the design and deployment of technological solutions.
Effective communication skills, capable of working closely with both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
An ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and continuously enhance skills to meet the changing demands of the projectBefore You Apply
