Your new company and role Hays' client is a renowned digital consultancy who are undertaking a major piece of work in Scotland's public sector. This organisation is looking for an experienced consultant specialising in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR implementations. What you'll need to succeed The following are essential for this role: Experience: Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Core consultant, with a strong track record in public sector projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Security, Journeys, Personalisations and Redwood Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyse complex business requirements. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
