We are currently looking for an Optical Assistant to join a leading high street practice based in Walworth Road, London.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fantastic practice which holds a great a set of patient focused values.
The practice offers a wide variety of brands and a friendly, professional and enjoyable environment with a great family-feel within the team.
Optical Assistant - Role
Busy practice with a loyal patient base
Team of 6-7 people
Access to high quality lenses - Zeiss, Hoya, Norville
Focus on high levels of customer care
Fantastic opportunity to progress - DO Course, management
Close relationships with 2 local Hospitals
Supportive Directors who appreciate and support their team
Full or part time position
9am - 5:30pm
No Sundays
Salary between £22,000 to £25,000
30 days holiday including bank holidays
Optical Assistant - Requirements
Previous experience working within optics
They can also support a Student DO as well
Passionate and enthusiastic about offering great service
Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients
Be able to listen and acknowledge requirements
