Job Description
Operations Manager, Fixed Term Contract: This luxury tour operator have an exciting opening for an experienced Operations Manager with proven people management experience. Hybrid with the offices West London, Paying £40-45K, 12 month fixed term contract.
Operations Manager, Responsibilities:
Line-Management and leadership of multiple Operations Functions including performance reviews, coaching and development
Manage ATOL / ABTOT and Package Travel Regulations compliance and upskill the team on any requirements
Create, analyse, maintain, and report weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards and KPIs in support of driving and meeting accuracy and guest satisfaction initiatives
Report on results, analyse trends and suggest improvements
Assist the Senior Operations Manager with operational planning in terms of headcount, financial plan and operational assignments
Operations Manager, Skills Required:
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Proven Operational experience within the travel industry
The ability to deliver data-driven approaches
Additional Information:
Paying £40K - £45K
12 month fixed term contract
Hybrid with offices in West London, 3 days in 2 days at home
Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30
