£50,000 - £55,000 + Free Parking + Employee Discount + Lunch Provided + In House Training

Based just outside of London, they provide a rural experience in the South East bringing wildlife to the urban area.
This role will see the suitable candidate manage the day to day operations of the business, working to maintain a safe environment for both the public and your colleagues. You will have to be forward thinking with regard to future events to further bolster revenue for the business.

The Role:
8 - 5:30 Flexible shift pattern with one weekend day involved
Lead HR meetings regarding performance reviews and recruitment
Drive performance and ensure KPI's are met through planning and event organisation
Implement new projects and events alongside the directors and managers to further increase revenue
Ensure all health and safety is in line with legal and regulatory compliance and policy
The Person:
Proven experience in the leisure or hospitality industry
Experience within a similar position
