Operations Manager – Security Install Location: Middlesbrough Office (Covering North East) Salary: £45,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Phone + Pension About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee security installation projects across the North East, based from our Middlesbrough office. This role is key in ensuring the successful delivery of security systems, maintaining high standards of quality, and managing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Project Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of security installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time. * Team Leadership: Manage and support installation engineers, providing guidance and ensuring all work meets compliance and industry standards. * Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Quality & Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with relevant security regulations, health & safety guidelines, and company procedures. * Resource Management: Oversee materials, equipment, and workforce allocation to maximize efficiency. * Budget Control: Monitor project costs, ensuring financial performance aligns with company objectives. * Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement. What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a management role within the security installation or related industry. * Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CCTV, intruder alarms, access control systems, and other security solutions. * Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and motivate teams, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism. * Project Management: Proven experience in delivering multiple projects simultaneously. * Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve operational challenges effectively. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build strong client relationships. * Driving License: Full UK driving license is essential.
