Operations Manager – Dry Lining & Suspended Ceilings

Role Overview
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will oversee site operations, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
* Selecting and managing subcontractors for each project
* Ordering materials and plant as required
* Overseeing project setup and completion
* Preparing and facilitating RAMS for each site
* Resolving on-site issues efficiently
* Taking a hands-on approach when needed
Requirements
* NVQ / City & Guilds in Dry Lining (desirable)
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in dry lining
* Experience with suspended ceilings
* Blue CSCS Card
* Management qualifications (advantageous, but full training provided)
