Operations Manager – Dry Lining & Suspended Ceilings
Our client, a specialist in dry-lining solutions and suspended ceilings, has built a strong reputation over the past eight years, backed by 18 years of industry experience. They take pride in delivering high-quality work with a focus on customer service, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will oversee site operations, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
* Selecting and managing subcontractors for each project
* Ordering materials and plant as required
* Overseeing project setup and completion
* Preparing and facilitating RAMS for each site
* Resolving on-site issues efficiently
* Taking a hands-on approach when needed
Requirements
* NVQ / City & Guilds in Dry Lining (desirable)
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in dry lining
* Experience with suspended ceilings
* Blue CSCS Card
* Management qualifications (advantageous, but full training provided)Before You Apply
