Salary: up to £30,000p.a. DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 05:30pm
Contract Type: Full time, permanent or temporary - permanent contract available
Sector: Customer Service & Office Support
Our client based in Cottenham is seeking a Operations Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Operations Coordinator your duties will include:
* Answering incoming calls
* Routing vehicles
* Processing bookings on system
* Quoting
* Monitoring progress of work, updating customers
* Checking invoices
* Upselling services where possible
* General administration as required.
An ideal candidate for the Operations Coordinator will have:
* Good communication skills, verbal & written
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good organisational skills.
