Job Description
Operations Assistant at Remedicare Education Services.
Remedicare Education Services is looking for a proactive Operations Assistant to work across two sites in Wokingham. We run two alternative provisions delivering therapeutic interventions for special needs students. We need someone who is a proactive problem solver and ready to dive into the day-to-day operations.
This is a new role for Remedicare and requires someone highly organised to support our current operations lead. Some of the activities involved in this role include:
* Preparing the centres before and after students arrive.
* Ordering food daily for students and helping to prepare lunches.
* Checking supplies and ordering as needed.
* Checking our fleet of vehicles and refuelling each afternoon.
* Cleaning the fleet of car interiors after daily activities.
* Preparing rooms for children’s activities.
* Handling administrative tasks (answering emails/calls, giving tours of the services).
* Booking activities for all students.
As the service grows, the responsibilities will evolve, and we expect our staff to adapt to the needs of the business.
Details:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday (Term time only)
* Flexible start times, ideally 8 AM to 4 PM
