Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users
Support Windows and Office 365 packages
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switches, and routers
Perform administrative tasks in Office 365 admin portals, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Assist with mobile device rollouts using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues with laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
Deliver deskside and onsite support
Provide assistance and contribute to a variety of IT projects
Required Technical Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the education sector (preferred)
Support for Windows and MacOS
Troubleshooting technical issues, including hardware and printers
Setting up meeting rooms and AV equipment
Administration of Microsoft Office 365
Active Directory / Azure AD
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
