Job Description

An established Accountancy practice based in Suffolk are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Office Manager to join their small, friendly team. This is a part time, permanent, onsite position. You must be eligible to work in the UK. Hours: part-time – 22.5 hours a week Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 pro rata Responsibilities to include: • Answer staff queries, and review accounts and tax computations • Prepare (and check) capital gains tax computations. • Prepare business valuation. • In charge of business compliance – overseeing the company’s adherence to legal and ethical standards. • Manage office operations including document filing \ control, and data management. • Staff supervision within the practice. Requirements: • Experience within a similar role. • Experience within an Accountancy practice environment. • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
