Experienced Office Manager required to join our established client in what will be a varied and fast paced role, transitioning after a successful probation period to supporting the MD with PA tasks. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, and the role is fully on site. Salary is up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be well presented, possess a positive, self-motivated attitude, with exceptional organisational skills, experienced in arranging travel, and with a high level of confidentiality.
Duties:
Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative tasks
Assist with on-boarding all new staff
Assist team with calendar management and expenses
Provide PA support, arranging travel, meetings and appointments
Supervision of office administrative staff, including reception
Coordinate recruitment of office administrative staff
Administer the management of the team holiday records
Supervise and manage the team, monitoring and coaching junior members of staff
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
Ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time

Previous office management, PA experience
Exceptional organisational skills
Construction industry experience is beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
