Job Description

Office Coordinator. We have a fantastic Office Coordinator role available in the heart of Edinburgh. Working 5 days per week, the role pays £15 per hour. (This is entirely office based in the Edinburgh, Scotland office). Working for a leading Membership Organisation with offices throughout the UK, the Office Coordinator will help the Office Manager. Helping with the communication of regional activities to members and non-members. Assisting the events team to create and send event emails, registrations, feedback forms and post- event material. Duties will also include meeting and greeting members, who have meetings at the office. Helping with small events. Responding to emails and correspondence. Taking occasional calls and general office support. Familiarity with Word and Excel is required. As is a friendly disposition and professional attitude. This is an exciting little role for someone looking for a short-term temp post. Location: Central Edinburgh Start date: Immediate Rate per hour: £15
