We have partnered with a successful distribution business based in the Braintree area who are seeking to recruit an Office Assistant on a permanent basis to join a close-knit team, who would provide support to the primary group and their subsidiary companies.
Responsibilities:
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for…
* Offering operational support to the teams within the company such as shipping enquiries
* Liaising with HR, Sales and Finance teams
* Looking into ways of reducing business costs and creating different cost saving exercises
* Processing sales orders.
* Admin and data entry for the business
* Dealing with complaints or queries from customers on the phone.
* Ensuring that the office is supplied and the standards within the office are kept up to standard.
Requirements:
To work in this role, you will need…
* Have access into Braintree
* Strong customer service experience
* Experience dealing with shipping (preferred but not essential)
* Experience processing sales orders.
