A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting an Office Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and paying £25,000 per annum.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Daily data entry
Answering the telephone and handling customer queries
Keeping customers updated about their orders via phone and email
Taking and processing sales orders
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date computer records
Supporting our customer service and accounts departments
General office duties
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Office Assistant position:
Excellent communication skills
Previous administration or office experience
Proficient with the Microsoft packages
Someone who enjoys assisting customers
