Job Description

Office Assistant We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Leominster based client as an Office Assistant. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development. As an Office Assistant, you will be exposed to various aspects of office operations, providing valuable support to different departments, and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. What you can expect: * Salary: circa £23,500 per annum, depending on experience * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm & Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm * 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Enrolment into the company pension scheme What you will be doing: * Assisting with the daily typing of correspondence * Typing of purchase orders * Communicating with Contracts Managers and Site Managers * Daily contract filing * Reception duties, dealing with internal and external enquiries * Professional telephone manner and message taking where appropriate * Assisting with the post What we are looking for: * Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel * Ability to work towards deadlines and able to take direction * Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload * Attention to detail and accuracy Recruitment Direct are working as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy, you must have legal right to work in the UK to apply
