Our client, a London based Consultancy have engaged with us to seek an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join their busy, expanding and successful team,
We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our client, a leading Consultancy based in SE London. You will be at the heart of their operations, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding Administrative support.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support their team in ensuring the smooth running of the Administrative Department. Responsibilities will include:
General HR Administration including keeping records for employees
Compliance for all systems and monitoring of timesheets etc
Good knowledge of Office 365, Excel and a HR System would be required.
You will be required to provide onboarding for new employees including induction and arranging delivery of equipment to assist with home working
Excellent written and communication skills are definitive requirement for this role
