Job Description
Lennox Recruitment is currently looking for an Occupational Health Technician to join one of our clients in Northern Ireland on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful canddiate will be required to cover multiple client sites in this region
You will not need to drive a mobile unit or stay overnight
Remit:
* Health Screening and Surveillance to include audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, skin surveillance, urine screening, height, weight and BMI
* With additional training/qualification to include: HAVs, vaccinations, venepuncture, ECG, Drug & Alcohol screening, blood, capillary and glucose testing
* Workplace Assessments including Display Screen Equipment and Manual Handling (with additional training)
* Health Promotion Programmes
* Maintaining systematic, secure and confidential OH records and adhering to the compnay and NMC confidentiality policy and procedure
* To organise and control own workload as required.
* To report in a timely manner to other OH clinicians with regard to adverse health surveillance outcomes
* To attend relevant meetings providing Occupational Health Technician input as required
* To feedback general and specific information regarding the client contract to the Clinical Lead as appropriate
* To produce any relevant reports regarding the client contract generally and/or Occupational Health issues
