NVQ Assessor required for our client, A leading sustainable business who specialise in courses across Wall insulation, roof insulation, plastering, dry lining and more. The NVQ Assessor will be responsible for coordinating the NVQ process from induction through to completion.
The NVQ assessor will conduct assessments for non-vocational qualifications, ensuring that they meet standards set by awarding bodies.
NVQ Assessor Remuneration
* £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
* 37.5 hour week – Monday to Friday
* 25 days + bank holidays
* 14 days sick pay
* Office based but Flexible working opportunities can be discussed
* Vitality Health insurance
* Pension
* Mileage paid for site visits
NVQ Assessor Duties
* Develop new and interactive course content
* Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback to learners on their performance.
* Develop and maintain assessment plans, portfolios, and records of evidence.
* Participate in standardisation meetings and CPD activities to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
* Complete return to work interviews
NVQ Assessor Requirements
* CAVA or other teaching qualification (desirable)
* Commutable to Wolverhampton
* Experience in working with wall insulation/roof insulation/plastering/dry lining or something similar
