Job Title: Nursing Home Manager Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk Employment Type: Permanent Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead and manage our reputable nursing home in Kings Lynn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing home management, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a proven track record of ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. As a Nursing Home Manager your Key Responsibilities are: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest level of care for residents.- Lead and manage the nursing and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.- Handle complex issues and troubleshoot problems effectively to maintain smooth operations.- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure financial stability and sustainability.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies.- Ensure that all staff receive appropriate training and professional development opportunities.- Monitor and improve the quality of care provided, focusing on resident satisfaction and well-being.- Handle complaints and incidents with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
