Nursery Room Leader (1-2 Years) – Full-Time
Location: Lovely Nursery in Lewisham
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year
Hours: 41 hours per week (4.5 days)
Are you a passionate and experienced early years professional looking for the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team in our 1-2 years classroom at our lovely nursery in Lewisham.

Your Role as Room Leader:
* Lead and support the 1-2-year-old room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
* Support and mentor the room team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere
* Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance
Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ Level 3 (or above) Early Years Qualification
✔️ Experience leading a team in a nursery setting
✔️ Passionate about child development and creating engaging learning experiences
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
