Our client runs a well-established and highly regarded nursery in the Watford area. They are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of this welcoming nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager to join a reputable organization offering a competitive pay structure.
Key Responsibilities
* The Nursery Manager will be responsible in dealing with the day to day running of the nursery setting.
* Overseeing a team of childcare professionals and helping to ensure that their jobs are done to the highest possible standard.
* Making sure that the nursery is fully compliant with OFSTED regulations.
* Ensuring that the nursery follows all EYFS principles.
* Employing and training new staff.
For this position you MUST have the following
* At least 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
* A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare
