Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Manager to join their fantastic team in Chingford. This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our little learners.

Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners.
Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest quality care and education.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff.What You'll Need:
Essential: Level 3 in Early Years or above.
Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a senior early years role.
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
A proactive and positive attitude.
