As our Nursery Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the children in our care, leading a talented team, and ensuring that our nursery remains a place of excellence.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals to deliver outstanding care and education.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and learning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates and engaging them in their child’s development.
* Manage resources, staffing, and budgets to ensure a smooth, efficient operation.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.
* Champion continuous improvement, fostering a culture of professional growth and development within your team.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a leadership role within an early years setting.
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent), with a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
* A passion for early years education and a commitment to providing the best possible care for children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding practices, and health and safety standards.
