Pay: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a well-established nursery in Wrexham. This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a thriving setting and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care and education to young children. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a dynamic individual ready to make a lasting impact in the early years sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and learning
• Support, develop, and motivate staff to deliver engaging EYFS-based activities
• Ensure full compliance with CIW and safeguarding policies
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
• Oversee administrative duties, including staffing, enrolment, and budgets
• Foster a nurturing environment that promotes each child’s individual development
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (Level 5 in Leadership desirable)
• Proven experience in a nursery leadership role
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, SEND, and EYFS framework
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• A warm, approachable, and professional manner
