Job Description
Are you passionate about working with children and helping them learn and grow in a nurturing environment? We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Nursery Assistant to join our team in Chelmsford.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include supporting the daily routines, assisting with activities that promote development, and ensuring the well-being of the children in your care.
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is essential
✅ Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education) are required
✅ A genuine passion for working with children
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ An understanding of safeguarding and health & safety regulations
