The Role:
Location: Hybrid role covering nurseries in Essex & Hertfordshire
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: PermanentAs the Nursery Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a number of nurseries, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained. You will provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursery managers, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and creating a positive, engaging environment for both staff and children.

What We're Looking For:
Level 3 in Early Years or higher (essential)
2+ years' management experience within an early years setting (essential)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to travel between settings across Essex and Hertfordshire
A proactive approach to improving quality and promoting best practices
