Job Description
A popular luxury care home in Carlisle is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team and lead expert nursing care as a Unit Manager.

This is a permanent, full-time (36h) Unit Manager position within a care home, days only.

Person specification:
(Essential) NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Adult Nurse (RN Adult)
(Essential) Professional experience caring for older adults with mental health needs including dementia
(Essential) Professional experience with care plans and managing a nursing team
(Desirable) Relevant teaching/assessing/mentoring qualification
