Job Description
Westlakes MENA are currently recruiting for a Nuclear Infrastructure Project Director with a background in Nuclear and other highly regulated sectors to be engaged in KSA.
Will be in charge to coordinate the early phase engineering activities of the non-nuclear infrastructure Integrating the project into the Limited Access Area Layout
Driving the infrastructure and logistic work leading to the early construction activities and site opening.
Bring their nuclear experience and knowledge of early work and infrastructure construction activities to ensure that the completion of the infrastructure plan is driven in compliance with the project needResponsibilities:
Accountable for project delivery according to schedule, quality, budget, and requirements defined in the contract for his scope of work
Ensure reporting and communication to the customer for his scope of work
Manage the engineering coordinators and engineering lead for the delivery of the engineering scope of work
Accountable for performance of the engineering, ensuring the team has the required capabilities, skills, and capacity to deliver on its objectives during the design, procurement, and construction phase of the project
Establish a culture of safety and ensure the primary importance of safety within project processes and decisions
Promote a culture of challenge and self-assessment investigating where performance falls short as well as sharing good practice
Experience and Qualifications
Master's degree-level or equivalent qualification in civil engineering
Minimum 20 years of experience including 5+ years in Nuclear Area in Management or Project Management position
