Job Description

Receptionist - Ministry of Justice Location: Doncaster Hourly rate: £11.44 Full time - 37 hours per week Assignment runs until 26th April 2025 with possible extension The succesfull candidate will be expected to work on a rota basis until 7.00pm(Mon/Wed)The candidate will work as part of a successful administration team providing support to probation practitioners to ensure that the needs of the Person on Probation are met The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a full range of administrative tasks, working on in-house databases. The role is on reception delivering: Front of house services Booking visitors Phone calls Reporting repairs for the building Supporting staff with room bookings.
