Working Schedule: 4 on 4 off Night Shift
We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Loading Shovel and 360 Grab Operators to join our team in Doncaster.
Job Summary: As a Loading Shovel and 360 Grab Operator, you will play a critical role in the operations, handling materials safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in heavy machinery who are looking to contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate loading shovel and 360 grab machinery to handle materials as required.
* Ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials in compliance with company standards.
* Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
* Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience operating a loading shovel and 360 grab.
* Valid certification or license to operate heavy machinery.
* Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
* Ability to work effectively during night shifts on a 4 on 4 off schedule.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
