As a Clinical Night Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading by example to ensure high standards of care
Managing medication, care plans, and general nursing duties

Opportunities for training and developmentThe ideal candidate for the Clinical Night Nurse Manager position will:
Be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RNLD, or RMN)
Possess excellent clinical skills, including wound and catheter care
Have previous experience in elderly care, preferably in a nursing home
Understand clinical governance, risk management, and audit
