Position: Night Concierge
Location: Richbourne Court, Marylebone
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off (Apply online only)
Salary: £27,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a residential development located in vibrant Marylebone. The development consists of 52 apartments, split over three blocks which are all connected by a communal courtyard. The building boasts 24 hour concierge, 4 lifts and an underground carpark. Within half a mile from Marble Arch and Edgeware Road tube stations, as well as Marylebone train station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
