Position: Night Concierge
Location: Royal Artillery Quay, SE18
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days (Apply online only)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,500 (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a residential development located in the Thamesmead. The development contains 418 residential homes and it is located close to Woolwich Arsenal train station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
